the room was spacious and had all the advertised facilities. the hotel is very close to the marina and the central bus station, convenient. a grocery store located downstairs was a great bonus, i really appreciated that.
i found that the soundproofing was not adequate. i could hear a lot of noise from outside, disturbing my sleep at times.

The provided breakfast had great choices. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful. I also appreciated the convenience of the 24-hour shop on site. It was useful for late-night needs.
The single parking space available was often reserved by others which required me to find alternative parking.
